Kids Pastel Christmas Tree

I know I get so wrapped up in my decor sometimes it can take a little bit of the fun out of Christmas.. so this year we decided to add another tree specifically for the kids!!.. I wanted the kids to be able to have a 'FUN' tree.. so we got one for the basement, a fitting spot where we have most of the toys and kids love to run around. JOY Dollar Store Ornaments with a simple twist.

I was at the Dollar Tree the other day and found these cute Gold JOY glittered ornaments for $1.25 for 5! Our tree is mostly decorated with wood, burlap, jute and white ornaments.. Basically it's more neutral..So to make them flow with our decor, I thought why not just paint them? I painted them in Annie Sloan chalk paint in Old White.
