Preview of our Next Home

Here is a little preview of our NEXT home.. 

We fell in love with the space of this house.. Its 2950 sq ft with 3 LARGE bedrooms upstairs. It had a very OPEN layout. The Massive Kitchen, Cathedral ceiling and staircase Sold us on the house. It didn't need any MAJOR work.. aside from a GUT JOB to the Master Ensuite Bathroom :) It had great Bones and we loved the openness But it seemed slightly dated considering it was only 12 years old and some of the finishes didn't flow. So Keep following and see all the Before and Afters up ahead!!!!

Desk Before & After

Today I thought I would share this Desk I picked out of the garbage or should I say off the curb! It was a little bright for my style. Lime Green Anyone!! I had a vision the minute I saw it! So I completely refinished it... First I Sanded down all of the old paint and stained the top counter in a Walnut stain. The base was painted in Benjamin Moore Cloud White.  Then I added Satin Nickel Pull Hardware to complete the drawers. It was a fairly simple project with great rewards.
