Changes to our Living Room

So here it finally is.. We changed around some furniture in our living room recently as Baby #2 is fastly approaching so in order to make a nursery we had to lose a guest bedroom.. and all its furniture.. so I have been giving away wall decor and re-arranging our furniture to somehow make it all work. This is what I've come up with. You can see how our Living Room looked Before HERE
We used to have side tables on either side of the couch which were great for drinks but drove me nuts because I could never centre couch under window.. Now my couch is centred and our basement Guest Bedroom has new end tables.  Our sofa table a.k.a vintage ironing board got a little revamp of its own, If you missed that makeover you can see it HERE.
I moved our Vintage glass lamps from our previous side tables onto my mini makeover sofa table / ironing board just behind our sofa.
We also moved my aunts Antique hutch from our Black and White Guest Bedroom down to the living room to make room for another dresser upstairs. More on our upstairs bedroom transformations coming soon...
Our Coffee table got a little refresh, still using our Pottery Barn woven tray with a metal tin frame of our daughter, Pottery Barn design books, woven coasters from an antique market paired with a clay pot from a thrift shop for only $1 topped off with a moss ball inside to flow with our large L & C initials on our bookcase from our wedding.

I moved our Vintage Sewing Table drawers to our bookcase, I use to display them on the floor under one of the end tables. Now they are a real show piece.
Our Ikea liatorp Media unit really makes this room. It gives you a focal point and great display space. Its one of my most pinned pics on my Pinterest.
Lastly just a little switch of the pillows on my linen chair.. B burlap initial pillow with a floral natural cotton muslin lumbar pillow behind for a simple timeless look.
COMING SOON.. Our Summer Home Tour!!
